The CACTWO application can be used by Administrators, Managers, Gatekeepers, Residents and has several features, among the main ones:• NOTICES: Announcements sent by the liquidators or administrators, residents will receive real-time notifications in the app.• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecues, ballroom…) and provide a list of guests to control the reception through the application.• CORRESPONDENCES: Residents receive notifications of parcel deliveries and pick them up at the reception.• ACCESS: Access control that can be managed by the concierge but also by the resident. Send invitations to your friends and allow them to enter your home without bureaucracy and waiting. At each access of employees, service providers, guests, etc. residents receive notifications through the app. It also allows the generation of access or panic QRCODE by the resident himself.• RECORDS: Record and track the progress of occurrences, compliments, suggestions or criticisms. You can attach up to 5 images for each registration made and follow up on their dealings.• MESSAGES: Allows the exchange of messages between residents, between the concierge and residents and vice versa, and between the manager and residents and vice versa.• REGISTRATION: Update the data of people registered in your unit.
